Community Organization Registry

The Township of Huron-Kinloss is fortunate to have so many dedicated community organizations.

In an effort to keep our community organization contact list up to date and to create a more efficient and streamlined process for staff providing support to community groups, we've developed the Community Organization Registry.

Annually, we will send an email or letter to the contact listed for your oganization. The letter will include instructions on how to update your contact information. If updates are required, you can update your listing online, by email, by phone, or by stopping by the municipal office.

By keeping your listing up to date, your organization can:

  • post volunteer opportunities on our Volunteer website page
  • request support from the Township through the Municipal Supports to Community Groups Policy
  • apply for funding from the Township's funding programs (Community Well-Being Program or other grants to organizations)
  • Request support with grant applications and/or request the Township to sponsor a grant application on your behalf

Please provide as much detail as possible and let us know what information you want available to public by using the check boxes in the last question.

Thank you for your cooperation!

If you have any questions about the Community Organization Registry please contact mgoetz@huronkinloss.com or 519-395-3735.
