Ripley Food Art and Craft Festival Application 

Thank you for your interest in the Ripley Food Art and Craft Festival! 

The festival is being held on Saturday August 16th, 2025 from 9AM-2PM.

Vendors can access the site to setup on Friday August 15th, 2025 from 2PM-6PM or Saturday morning from 7:45AM-8:45AM. 

The cost to register as a vendor, before May 15 is $40 including HST. Please do NOT submit payment until acceptance into the show is confirmed. 

Each vendor will have on 10X10 booth with one 8 foot table and two chairs. If you require additional space you must purchase a second booth. If you require an extra table or extra chairs please let us know in the special requests section of this form. 

All food products must be made in a Grey-Bruce Public Health inspected kitchen, please have inspected kitchen report with you at the event. Grey-Bruce Public Health will be inspecting food products.

Priority for table space is given to vendors with handcrafted/original items or locally grown/homemade food. 

Reciept of application does NOT guarantee acceptance to the Festival, however you will be contacted within 5 business days of reciept of application to discuss next steps. 

We will do our best to accommodate requests including booth location and vendor neighbours.

I hereby release and indemnify the Township of Huron-Kinloss, its Council, officers, directors, agents, representatives, employees and volunteers from all liability, recourse, proceedings, claims, and causes of action of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to, any claims under the Occupiers’ Liability Act,
R.S.O. 1990, c. O.2., as amended and the Negligence Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. N.1, as amended, or any other statutory duty of care, any negligence, or breach of contract, and damages, for costs or expenses of whatsoever kind, nature, or description, whether direct or indirect, present or future, whether known or unknown, and any injury, including but not limited to death or communicable diseases, through my accessing or use of a program space or any services received from the Township of Huron-Kinloss. This release shall be binding upon my heirs and personal representatives.


I understand that this release discharges and waives for the benefit of the Township of Huron-Kinloss, its Council, officers, directors, agents, representatives, employees and volunteers, from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise.

Personal information is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001 and will only be used for the purpose of registering vendors for the Ripley Food Art and Craft Festival and communication with vendors.
